    They turned out sticky! I'm giving them another go-round this weekend... if they are successful I will def post the recipe!!! :)

    In the meantime there is a mix I buy from Kroger that is really good! I think it is the 123 gluten free brand... and you just add fresh blueberries to it.  I usually do a brown sugar/butter cruble mixture on top too... heavenly!

    Fantastic, thanks!! Its hard to find good GF baking mixes, especially since DH is not a fan of the ones with garbanzo bean flour in them. I'm always on the lookout and have been craving blueberry muffins lately :)
