I asked for a CD7 u/s (Femara + Repronex cycle) and am SO glad I did. Looks like I have 4, possibly 5 follies from 12-15 mm, so they cut back my Repronex dose. I'm older (37) so 4 is okay, but 5 might not be. I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much, but my RE said this looked like it was going to be a great cycle. 
I go back Saturday for another u/s. :::fingers crossed::: that my lining gets where it needs to be ASAP.
I'm also really happy I insisted on seeing the doc at my baseline u/s appt, because he wanted to start me on injects only, at a higher dose than I'd had before. I would've been cancelled for sure if we'd done that.
Thanks for letting me share -- I felt like I was going to burst with the news.

Married: 5/09 ~ TTC Since: 10/10 ~ PCOS ~ Progesterone from 10/10 - 2/11 ~ HSG on 3/18 - Clear ~ Started Metformin 1000mg & Clomid 50mg 2/11 ~ Metformin upped to 1500mg 4/6 ~ 6/7 Now going to SG and put on Clomid, Ovidrel, Gonal F, Prometrium, Estrace ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP!!!!!! March 6th our little man was born.

Sounds good! It's a good thing someone (you) was paying attention to your cycle. I hate having to second guess everything my RE does, but sometimes, he will do what I want and I feel better because of it. Good Luck with the rest of your cycle.
