XP: Lovenox Ladies, when you switched to Heparin what was your dose?

I am currently on 40mg of Lovenox and will be switching to Heparin at the beginning of next week.  I know my OB will tell me but I can't remember for the life of me what dose it was last time.  I just remember doing it 2x a day.

yeah that is all I remember too... 2 shots a day.  They were prefilled syringes and I don't remember the dose.  I am also on 40mg/day lovenox now.  Will be switching in 4 weeks.

I was on 10,000 units (1 ML) twice a day.  I had posted about it here at the time because of some confusion at the pharmacy and was told that's a normal dose by others who were on it.  Hope that helps!
