I love the name Kaisley, but have been planning on using Kay as a middle name for as long as I could remember, every girl in our fam has it. Does Kaisley Kay sound horrible.. I think it has a ring to it, not sure if its good or bad! TIA
As others have said, Kaisley Kay is not a good combo. I am also not a fan of Kaisley. It sounds made up and makes me think of crazily. I do like Kay as a middle name.
Yuck. Pretty awful. Kay is nice, but Kaisley is terrible. Made up, trendy, etc. And the combo of the two is worse. It's essentially nearly versions of the same name, so it's like naming your kid Jackson Jack or something.
It's bad all around. Sorry for the brutal honesty.

The whole thing is bad. Kaisley isn't a name .... it's a .... sound? A sound that sounds a lot like Paisley, which is probably what your kid would be mistakingly called every single time she meets someone new.
Start over. Kay is good on its own.

Regardless of what we all think about Kaisley, Kaisley Kay is just really bad. Pick which is more important to you - the first name Kaisley or the family middle name - and then change the other to something not so alliterative.
I don't like either one but at least Kay is a real name. I'd go with something else. Kay is very country sounding, which is fine if that's what you want. If it is, Mae/ May would also be something to consider.

Agreed...and secondly, all I can think about when I see this name (Kaisley) is that someone had a typo trying to spell Paisley. I named my dog Paisley but I never a child (see picture for Paisley).

Re: Kaisley
Kay is pretty - how about that as a first name?
Kay is beautiful. Hold on to the middle name and find a new first name. Kaisley is not good, sorry to say. Kaisley Kay is just mean.
love is for every her, love is for every him, love is for everyone
Kay is lovely.
No comment on Kaisley since I'm sure you won't want to hear my opinion.
sorry Kaisley Kay would definitely get a side eye from me.. Way too cutesy
that is awful.
simply awful.

I agree with this. Sorry, but Kaisley is horrible.

Is it now going to be Paisley, Kaisley, Baisley, Maisley, Daisley?
Ugh.

As sad as that might be, the though of it makes me laugh. It's funny... people really are naming their kids the same thing. OY!
OP, Kaisley is terrible. Kay is WONDERFUL!!
i wasn't 100% on how you pronounced Kaisley... It's kinda neat I'd have to say..
but not with the Kay as a middle name...

late to the party but I had to add- even if I liked Kaisley, I can't say Kaisley Kay without doing so in the voice of Flaaavor Flaaaaaav!
It is bad. Very bad.
You have the horror that is Kaisley, combined with essentially the same 2 names. It would be like naming your kid Jackson Jack.
