Specialized Pre Natal Exercise
I have just opened Revolution Physical Therapy in Cranberry Twp. on Route 19. I am a pre natal and post partum certified exercise specialist and I would like to start a group exercise class, but need enough interest to go through with it. I also offer private training. Some programs are covered by insurance. Please let me know if there is an interest!

I would be interested, but my main concern (like many, I think) is cost. Would you be willing to share some prices on here? For both group classes and privates. Also, what would the group classes consist of? Would it be cardio or yoga or weights? I just think more information would attract more people.

I have decided to officially put it out there that classes will be held on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 10 am beginning October 18th. The cost is $10 and each person should bring their own yoga mat. The class size will be limited to 10 people ( the first 10 to sign up). This $10 price will be offered for the first month.
The cost of individual care could be absorbed by insurance if you are appropriate for physical therapy. Things that qualify you for physical therapy are pain or functional limitations. We can talk more about this if you are interested.
