Corn Starch?

I'm sure this has been asked before...but is it OK to use corn starch in cloth diapers without a liner?  I use FLIPS, BG4.0's and Elementals.

    I think corn starch is ok, but it's not really recommended to treat rashes.  Especially if you suspect, even a little bit, that it might be yeast.
