good book and/or DVD on birthing?

I'd like to go all natural, but this is my first baby so everything is kinda up in the air. I have my OB appt tomorrow morning which is when I'm going to tell him my birth plan (rough draft, lol). If I have to have any meds, I'd like just demerol bc that epi needle scares me to death! But if I can get by w/o the demerol and just do breathing then that'd be great!

Any refrences on books or DVD's?
