My Brest Friend or EZ2 twin nursing pillow, Lanolin cream, Medela tendar care hydrogel pads (these were a life saver to me in the first few weeks) Nursing pads, Breast pump, mothers milk tea, a nice wide comfortable chair/couch.
It may be really weird, but whenever I drank power aid my supply seemed to be better.
I use the My Breast Friend nursing pillow, and I put a couple pillows underneath it since I have a long torso I need the little boost. I have also used the Lansinoh nipple cream and soothing pads which were VERY nice at first. My nipples got pretty raw the first couple days in the hospital from breastfeeding the twins, so I actually used nipple shields for the first couple of weeks, too until they healed up. You will want good supportive nursing bras and a comfy nursing tank to sleep in. Also, breast pads in case you have some leakages. Breast pump and storage bags. And I can't think of anything else at the moment.
I tandem feed my boys and I just use a regular boppy with a throw pillow on top of it - I have them sit facing me with their butts on the boppy and I use the throw pillow to rest their heads on while I'm burping them or at the end of the feeding. Does that make any sense? I looked into getting a Twin nursing pillow, but from the looks of them, I would have to hunch over to feed them so I just made do with what I already had and it's working just fine.
Also, for the first couple weeks I used Medela Tender Care Hydrogel therapy patches (rather than creams and such) they were amazing!! No cracked, dry or chapped nipples! The patches are big enough that you can cut them in half and you can use the same patch for a day or so. They just cling on and stay in place (with the help of a nursing bra or tank) until you take them off to nurse, then you just put them back on. Whoever invented them deserves a giant piece of chocolate cake with ice cream!

All of those! I didn't use the twin nursing pillow even though I had two of them. I just used a regular pillow and fed them one at a time, it was easier for me that way. A pump is a definite must have, even if you aren't pumping to bottle feed, because it helps to relieve the pressure when your milk comes in or you're too full/have a clogged duct, etc.
Mom to six awesome kids - Levi is 12, Landen is 8, Gabrielle is 6, Lucas is 3, and Oliver and Samuel are 2 years old. Love my crew.
