Safe Sinus Meds while BFing?

I feel like my head is going to explode.  Is there a list somewhere of safe meds?  I never take anything other than the occasional tylenol, so I have no idea what I can take.  I need something, so I don't get brain splatters all over the house that I have to clean up.  LOL

I called the Mercy Anderson Lactation consultants when I was sick and Bfing and they recommended ibuprofen and there are alka seltzer gel tabs that are safe. Worked wonders. GL!

Not sure about the safety, but decongestants can affect your supply. Have you tried a neti pot? That always helps me out a lot.
