Question re: paid under the table

STBXH gets paid cash and has been since last year.  We filed separate tax returns this year because I wasnt going to file with him because he didnt report this income. 

We are going to court soon to work out CS and I have a feeling that his employer is creating pay stubs for the work he has done so far this year.  Is this possible and can he not get into trouble for this?  Will I need to prove this?  When I lived with him he was paid cash each week, he never had a pay stub or anything like that.  His employer never filed taxes on him either (as a contract employee for example).  Can they both not  be in big trouble??

I do not have an answer for you but please let me know how this works out for you.  I will be going through a similar situation when LO is born.  Ex works under the table and has not filed taxes in 2 years

report him to the IRS and here's how you can get up to 30% of recovered taxes owed b/c you turned them in.
