Book Club- Question, Please be honest

I was wondering if there are still a lot of people following the discussion questions and reading the book- Water for Elephants. If so, how can I make the questions more enjoyable? I don't know I guess there were a lot of us at the begining and now there are only a couple.....am I posting weird questions?

I am reading and following along!

I don't remember who suggested reading at a faster pace, but I certainly could. I'm holding off on reading more so I can keep up with the discussion questions, but I could definitely squeeze in a couple more chapters in the amount of time between discussions.

I also crapped out on buying the book.  And then you guys had your first discussion, and I still hadn't bought it.  Too bad...I've been reading the book club discussions and it seems like a good book!

I have finished the book and had to go back and reread those 5 chapters, so I didn't give away anything that had not happened yet for someone that was reading slower.  I am working on my answers and will have them up today.  I like doing book clubs, I would just like it to move faster. 

Would anyone be interested in making it a weekly check in- but just posting questions once a month.  We can weekly link to the original post, but this way those that finish early can answer, and start discussing withoug having to worry about spoilers.

I didn't  answer the questions b/c I have read the whole book and I was scared about giving something away  But I thought they were good questions

I also read the book too quickly and didn't want to give anything away by answering the questions.  I'd be all for reading a little faster.  I think your questions are great!

I like this idea. Maybe we could give a month to read the book but havea weekly check in for those who finish early. Then at the end of the month we can have one large discussion...

And for all of those who haven't read it/bought it yet- I know it is so hard to find the time to read, but it is really rewarding. I usually will take 30 minutes each night after I have put Hannah to bed. It's not a lot of time, but it forces me to have some 'me time'.
