hi,

i'm 33 years old and my husband and i have been married for 2 years in july.  we just started trying last month (also went off the ring in may too).  trying to get a sense of my cycles.   started using opk this month as i had spotting (fairly heavy) on day 19 last month.  got a positive opk this month, but heavy spotting again on day 18-21.  anyone else with this issue?  thinking it might just be my body readjusting from the ring.

    It could very well be your body readjusting after birth control. Check out the Trying to Get Pregnant board. Lurk a while before posting and read the "Newbie" link at the top of the page. It has lots of great info on starting TTC. GL!

    It could also be ovulation spotting.
