I do, but just simple headbands (personally I can't stand the big bows). I buy 1/4 inch ribbon and elastic, and then sew a small piece of elastic to the back of the ribbon. Then I tie a bow to the front. DD is wearing one in my siggy but it might be hard to see.
Sometimes Hobby Lobby has remnants of ribbon in a bag on sale. Check the fabric dept. I got a bag with a bunch of ribbon and that stretchy crochet looking headband material for really cheap. Are you wanting to know how to make the headbands, bows, or both?
