My husband had a FISH test yesterday. They didn't say how long it would take to get the results back (and he didn't ask). If you did have it and there was something abnormal, is there a way to "fix" it or did you have to use donor sperm?
Pursing Domestic Infant Adoption through a local agency. In the meantime, our dog is our baby. Bumping from Portland, Oregon.
My DH did have it. No, you can't fix the results...but that test is very controversial bc has pointed people to DS, when they don't always need it. That's why a lot of drs don't do them.
You have to combine the test results, with the quailty of embryos and make a decision based on that. You wouldn't really be making decisions based soley on the test.
