Pediatrician

Hi everyone,

I just moved back to the Chesapeake area not long ago and am looking for a really good pediatrician.  I don't do immunizations so I want one that is going to support my decision i that...I would also like one that is going to work with me and not just write a prescription for every little thing.  My daughter has never been on antibiotics as I treat things nutritionally, homeopathicly and all naturally. 

I am having a boy this time around and want to get him circumcised...but I want to wait till he is 8 days old. I don't want to do it at the hospital immediately after he is born.  Do pediatricians do circumcision in office?  I haven't ever had to deal with this so I am not sure.

Any input on pediatricians would be appreciated...I am also open to nurse practitioners too.
