My hubby, mom, dad and grandmother were there for the 1st then we added our DS in with the rest of the clan for DS#2. I think its just going to be Hubby, mom, dad and DS'S. We have a family oriented ultrasound facility and they love when family comes with you. Rooms are big and have multiple monitors around the room so the baby can be seen by all directions. Its an exciting time and if your wanting to share with your close family go for it Good luck and enjoy this time!

I'll be lucky to have DH along... If you want privacy, than by all means it's just you and DH... This is one of those times when it's a good idea to set up the boundaries because next is going to be L&D... Granted, when it comes time to push, most women could care less if they were in a packed movie theater, but are all these people expecting to get front row seats there too. In all seriousness, where you want some privacy, just line up going out to eat and you'll announce that day after the appointment if it's a boy or girl..
I had my husband, mom and stepdad. I was just having my husband and mom in there, but my stepdad invited himself after he realized he'd be out of work at that time. ha. My doc said she didn't care as long as they weren't loud or interrupted anything and no kids...

When we went it was just my husband and I. (Everyone wanted to come with us because they and we are all just so excited about the first grand baby coming!) However, we decided it was best for just us to go incase they found something to be alarmed about, we would have wanted a private moment together. We will be scheduling an elective u/s in a couple of weeks for the family to go and enjoy!
The room we had was large, but I have to say that I think it would be odd to have that many people there and I'm sure you'll get some eyerolls from staff. I don't get why you wouldn't just call/text everyone?

Re: How many people(if any) did you take with you to your A/S?
