refund from kadybugs delayed.....

grrrrrr.  this is not good.    got this email from paypal this morning -

An eCheck payment from (kadybugs) was declined by the sender's bank. We will automatically try to process this payment again in 3 business days. It then usually takes 3-5 days for the money to be deposited into your account. 

 

wtf?  obv i know this means that they couldn't get $ from her account for my refund...... but what happens if that happens again??  i know that through HC there isn't the same "buyer protection" that there is from ebay...

Oh no!  I received my PP refund from the dispute a few days ago, but I believe I was the first of us to file one.

I hope that they keep trying to take the money indefinitely.  You are due a refund and it's not acceptable for you to not get one.

I was coming to post the same thing. This is SO frustrating! I hope that the $$ is there when they try again or we may be out of luck.....

Hmm...I politely asked for a refund in my dispute and I think she refunded me herself because I never had to escalate the claim.  So far I haven't been notified about a reversal.  I hope it sticks.

I wonder if she saw the first PP dispute come out and emptied the account... I hope not.  Sorry ladies.

I got the same message last night.  I am NOT happy.  I didn't even pay through HC since PP froze on me, so I PP'ed directly.  So even if HC has buyer protection I may be screwed, unless HC changes my status to paid- I never e-mailed them about it but might now.
