Bugaboo Bee - stroller

I am considering buying the Bugaboo Bee because I want a stroller that faces both forward and backward and because all of the other strollers (ie: Bugaboo Cameleon and Uppa Baby) are too big.  I live in nyc do a lot of walking. I am concerned about how the Bee will do in the snow, especially crosswalks, since the wheels are also smaller. Has anyone had any experiences with the Bugaboo Bee, especially during the rough winter months?

I have the Bugaboo Frog, which I got b/c of the wheels (two large, two small with the option of facing both ways). IMO, the small wheels on the Bee won't navigate snow/rough terrain at all. The small wheels on mine are almost useless unless on smooth pavement. It's pretty much a mall stroller and we use the jogger for outside.
