SCDR: How much did they weigh and length?

So... Jenny's post had me curious.  I am also the mother of a rather large girl.  I put her in 6-9 month clothing today ALREADY!

Birth: 9 pounds 1 oz and 21 1/2 inches

1 mo: 9 pounds 9 oz

(6 weeks she started wearing one size diapers) 

2 mo: 12 pounds 1 oz and 23 1/2 inches

3 mo: 15 pounds... some ounces.  (done with crappy home scale)

 What is your baby?

She was 8.4 at birth and 7.15 when we came home. Her length was 21 in.  I had supply issues so she had a slow start and weighed 8.8 at a month old.

I don't know what her other monthly weights were - that's probably the one thing I didn't record. =-/

At her 12 m appt, she weighed 24 lbs and measured 31 inches.

He's a giant though. At birth he was 21 inches. Now he's around 35 inches! At least that's what he was when I tried to measure him about a month ago. He wears 2T and has for a while. His little legs are short though.

Current 8 months 25lbs? and 27? inches... I'm guessing.

He's wearing 18 and 24 month clothes and my back is killing me from lifting him. :-/

We don't have for every month if he didn't have a Pedi visit, but here's his stats (he was 3 weeks early).

Birth: 6 lbs. 6 oz.   19 inches

1 month: 7 lbs. 14 oz.   20.5 inches

2 months:  10 lbs. 7 oz. 22 inches

4 months: 14 lbs. 0 oz.  24.75 inches

He has his 6 month visit this Friday

My child was 9 lbs, 10 oz, 21 inches at birth......I know... HUGE!!!!  She was in the 95% percentile for both weight and height for the first 6 months....then it started to taper off....by a year, she had totally evened out weight wise.....she was right at 20 lbs at her one year birthday.

Now, she is is still 90% in height, but only 60% in weight....she is long and lean.

I don't remember her other stats and she's obviously grown since her last appt, but she's always been 75% for height and weight.

It's funny because we were just with a couple last night who have a 9 month old and DD weighs about 2 more lbs than her (estimate of course).  The comparison was crazy!

At birth: 6 lbs 1 oz 19.25 inches; Left hospital at 5 lbs 13 oz. 

At 6 month: 32nd %tile weight; 74th %tile length. I don't rem the numbers...

She's a long skinny girl!

Bad mama alert. I honestly don't remember most of her check up weights lol.

Lucy was a little over two weeks early and was 8lbs 1 oz and 20 inches (so would have likely been 9+ on her due date). I believe she was close to 14 lbs at two months.

She turned 18 months today and is around 30lbs and is 34-ish inches.

DS was 7-3 and 20 inches at birth. He was in the 50th %-ile for both. At his last weigh in at 4 mos he was 15-12 and 26 inches so 75th for weight and 90th for height. At playgroup (with all babies born in Dec-Jan) he's the youngest baby, but the second largest!

Reese was 6 weeks early. She weighed 5lb 13oz and was down to 5lbs when she came home. She was 19 inches long. She's now in the 25th percentile for weight and 97th percentile for height. I think she weighs maybe 26-27lbs. Grier was 7lbs 12.5oz and 21 inches. She had her 4 mo appt last week. She's just under 13lbs. She's in the 25-50th percentile for weight and 95th percentile for height. I have long, lean girls!

I don't remember the stats for my older two because it was too long ago that they were babies and I'm a bad mom.

DD2 was 7lbs 10oz at birth and 21 inches long. She lost weight of course but was back to birth weight by1 week. After that she gained almost a pound a week for a while! She was 14-4 when we were at the pedi about 3 weeks ago. I'm sure she's well over 15lbs now and not even 3 months old! She has been in 75-90% for height and off the chart for weight! lol! Chunka munk!!

We go back this week to find out if she's put on enough in the last 3 weeks, but she's around 11lbs 6oz now based on our scale at home. She's tiny and still wears some of her NB shirts; 3 mo. clothes are a good fit as long as they're long enough on her.

At his due date, 8.4 lbs (home scale)

At 6 months, just recently, 15.8 lbs (home scale)

He's consistently been one standard deviation below the mean wrt weight for breastfed babies (going by his actual age, not adjusted).  He still fits in some 3-6 month stuff, and is outgrowing some 6-9 month stuff.  It all depends on the manufacturer.

At her 9 month appointment last week she was 18 lb 8 oz and 30 inches.  She's been long and lean from the start!

At 4 month well baby visit she weighed 17.5 lbs and 24 1/2 inches.  She pretty much wears 18 months or 24 months clothes she has two 6-12 months outfits that still fit.

I feel your pain in the clothes department.  Around 3 months I decided it wasn't going to be worth it to buy 9m clothes and just skipped to 12m and, while they started out big, she's been in them for about 3 months now and probably has another 1-2 left. I need to make a trip to a consignment shop soon and pick up some 18m stuff, so J will have something to wear if she hits a growth spurt.

curently 23 pounds and almost 32 inches we are still in 12 and 18 month clothes.  He was 50% untill 6 months then started dropping and fell to the 5%by 15 months

I have a huge kid. She was completely busting out of her newborn stuff when I switched to one-size at 6-8 weeks (I had a super small stash at first.)

Cohen was born four weeks early and when we left the hospital was 5lbs 6oz but was born 21" long (super skinny.) 

At his four month appt he was 16lbs. 

He's nine months now and 22lbs.

My girlfriend has a baby girl who is a year older than him and weighs the same. I wish he was ligther... hiking with him has sure taken a toll on my back.

Back to birth weight at 2 weeks (7lbs 2oz) (I had supply issues)

3 weeks-ish - 7lbs 10oz, not sure of length (apparently she was eating too much, hehe).

We go tomorrow for our 1 month check up (it's a bit late but thats all they had).  She still fits in her NB clothes for the most part - except those tiny gerber onesies.  She's starting to fit well into 0-3 month, though.  So I expect her to be 8 1/2 pounds or so, and I know she's gotten a lot longer, too.
