WWYD? Water temp and prepping

Yesterday I washed all my organic cotton GMD PF's 6 times just like recommended  stripped and washed used PF's and BG's I got. And then today I decided to test what temp my new washing machine's "hot" wash is at. I was shocked when it was only 96-ish degrees!! My hot tap water comes out at 122 degrees so I'm not sure why the hot wash is only 96. Maybe I should call the manufacturer? So my questions:

1. What temp is your hot wash?

2. What should I do about what I've already prepped?  

3. Should I not prep my hemp and bamboo until I get the temp up?

My HW tank is set at 120. Water out of my tap actually comes out a few degrees higher (122-123). My hot water in my washer is right around 120. I have an extra hot cycle that heats up the water to about 156 degrees. I wouldn't worry about what you've already prepped. I'd call it good enough.
