Finish the pack?

Does anyone know how much it matters if I finish the pack of BC pills and then go off, or if I just stop taking them at any point in my cycle? My internet searches have not yielded an answer...

    don't stop mid-pack:  the hormone surf will not be pleasant.

    I would probably just stop, but I hate BCP. How much more do you have left on this pack?

    The plan is to start TTC after a vacation in the middle of next month. At that point I will be about half way through...

    I would finish out the pack and not start a new one. Unless you are already a few days into a new pack.

     This.  Stopping mid-pack can definitely mess up your cycle.
