Got a BFP this evening (and this morning and last night, I didn't believe it). Im very excited but a little worried because of insurance. DH keeps reassuring me things will work out.

 What we did... We followed "SMEP", and we used pre-seed and softcups.

Yeah, the cups you use for your period. I had read somewhere before that people were using them so we figured it couldn't hurt. I just put them in after BD and left them in until morning.

Me too. I am very confused.

They more or less do the same thing--keep the sperm close to the cervix.
