So today marks the 6th day of my missing period. When I got up this morning I took a test. At first look it looks negative, but if you look more closely at it the 2nd line is there. Faint,but it's there. Does this mean I'm pregnant?

If you read/saw the 2nd line within the time frame given then yes

Agree with Kdg, unless you have an evap line. But within the time frame, an  evap is rare. I'd test again and if it's there again, you should go ahead and make your first appt!

I agree with PPs, and also recommend picking up a digital test, no guessing with those. Use it with your first morning urine tomorrow. Good luck!

 Ummm, if it is within the time frame then how could it possibly be an evap line?

Yes - this.  And like one of the other girls said, be sure that you read the test within the time limit.  After that, the results aren't valid.  Go buy a digital test.  When I got pregnant with DD, the line was pretty faint.  I used a digital to confirm.  I hope it's a BFP for you!
