6 week growth spurt ?

I keep reading about the 6 week growth spurt on the 0-3 month board. I'm wondering if my son is going through this because he has been so fussy lately. The pedi said that there might be some delays because my son is a preemie (he was only 4 weeks early though) but he would catch up.

 My question is- do preemies get this growth spurt when their adjusted age is 6 weeks or 6 weeks after they are born?

    My LO was 6 weeks early but so far has gone through his growth spurts according to his actual age.
