I bought these this cycle so I could get a clear answer when my surge has arrived...but of course it has to be difficult. I have tried three and an error appears EVERY time. Granted, the first time I did do it wrong, but I have followed instruction perfectly for the past two times...and still...the error appears. I'm frustrated as those things are not cheap.

    This happened to me, too. I called customer service and they sent me a new box for free, no questions asked.

    ETA: I have used half of the new box with no problems.

    That's what I would do. I think their customer service is pretty good--they know their products aren't cheap!
