temp question

So as I sit here at work tonight, I was thinking.... I normally temp at 7a, but since I will be working till 7a, I should go home, sleep for 3 hrs then temp right? It wouldn't be accurate right? I apologize if this is a dumb question....I have been up for 20 hrs...TIA

    go home and get some rest, and then log your time that you wake up and temp.

    Thanks for the advice!  I came home at 815a, slept until 2p and just took my temp as norm.  I am sure something else that would help would be not to stay up for 24 hours... Sleep  Thanks again!!
