I have had a little wicking around the legs but only if they are are on for a LOOOONG time (like if I am out running errands and he goes 3 - 4 hours) and the inserts get totally saturated. Also, the soaker is your standard GM soaker but without the bamboo in the diaper body, you need some extra absorbency. So, I usually throw in a small or medium Sbish doubler. All of that said, I actually really love my ONEs. I currently have two, one otw (for over a month now, ugh Canada Post) and one hopefully otw soon!
I think they're okay. I like the fit, but I am not wild about the laminated fabric outer. I think that hidden PUL + microfleece inner does a much better job of preventing wicking.
I have two and I like them. They seem to have a trimmer fit and we've never had leaks or wicking with either. The one outer fabric seems a bit rough, but the baby doesn't seem to mind. The other one is minky fabric and seems so soft for baby.
I had a few and they were fine. I added some absorbancy. Just a little wicking if they were on too long. I ended up selling them for cute AI2s though. They just weren't my favorite.

Personally, I love them. I like that the inners are made from natural fibers. As with my experience with ALL AI2s, if you leave them on longer than 2 hours, they will wick. This happens with every single brand I own and is generally my fault since I know to change DS when it gets close to two hours. They are hard to come by NIP, but when I do, I try to grab it as she hasn't made any in over a year. They do take about 5-6 washings and dryings to fully prep.

Thanks for the reviews! The one I'm getting is used, so prepping shouldn't be a
problem. Will definitely remember the tip about adding absorbency, I have loads of doublers anyway. Can't wait to try it out!
