where to get kinder mat?

Daycare said we need to bring in a kinder mat for nap time.  They suggested hobby lobby but when we went there they said they didn't sell them and that WalMart probably wouldn't till end of summer.  Anyone know where to get them?  I think daycare people are miracle workers for getting kids to sleep on mats...LO still sleeps in his crib or pack n play when we travel so that will be very new for us.

  • I don't know if this is much help (just trying to throw out any ideas) but maybe go to a carpet store and see if they have any samples or left over cuts they would be willing to sell or give you?  Or, how about a teacher/educational store?

  • If you have a Lakeshore Learning Materials near you, I know they carry them year round. You can always order them online. I think they're pretty pricey there though... at least $20.

  • We got ours on Amazon. Sorry I can't linky, on my phone. I agree with your miracle worker statement. My DS basically cries himself to sleep for every nap and sometimes for bed time at home. At daycare they put him on his mat and he falls right to sleep. I don't understand lol.
