Cloth Diapering

Best hook/loop one size?

What diaper has the best durability for aplix/velcro?  My dad has issues some days with finger dexterity and has trouble with the snaps.  I'd like to get some diapers in my stash for when he's watching the twins alone.
Husband has cystic fibrosis. I'm a carrier. We did TESE, IVF, ICSI, and PGD. After two failed IVFs, we were blessed with our twins.

Re: Best hook/loop one size?

  • What type are you looking for?  An AIO/2 or pockets? In my stash, my Bummis Tots Bots have the strongest aplix.  They have definately worn the best over 4 months.  We have a mix of those, BG 4.0, RaR, Kawaii, and Blueberry.  That said, we still love our BG's and these are what we reach for most-and their aplix has come a long way in terms of quality from the 3.0's.  I probably would reach for the Bummis more often if they weren't such a pain to dry, since they are more like an aio in that the insert is attached and therefore have to be line dried.

  • My Blueberry/Swaddlebees pockest have the best aplix handsdown!  They still look brand new with the exception of a teeny bit of curling on the tabs.
