My temps are sort of all over the place. I try to make a lot of notes so I can detect any patterns, and when I look at my chart, the biggest spikes were when I was drinking, had poor sleep the night before (sometimes the two are related), and one time when I had a bad dream and woke up all sweaty. There are also some times when I've hit snooze way more times than I should in the morning. I'm trying to train myself to temp the first time the alarm goes off instead of snoozing, but I'm a habitual snoozer so this is a hard habit to break when I'm half asleep and not thinking rationally. ![]()
I noticed FF has a checkbox to "discard" temperatures. What's the benefit in doing that? I haven't been discarding anything, but as I noted above, I've been keeping notes so I can explain away almost every weird spike. Curious if any of you discards temperatures, and if so, under what circumstances.
Re: Under what circumstances do you "discard" temperatures on FF?
OH! This for me too.
