Update on my request for T&P

We went to meet with her doctor today and he did a breast exam and couldn't feel what they are seeing on the ultrasound/mammogram and didn't feel any lymph nod involvement, good news. He wants her to follow up with the surgeon so she'll call them on Monday. The doctor also feels that they'll do a biopsy, not a needle biopsy but my MIL said she has a prayed a lot and when she quiets her thoughts she hears that it's not cancer. Anyway, we don't know much more yet but so far it's looking pretty good. I kept telling her that this is the reason you get mammograms- so they can catch something BEFORE you can feel it. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers if you could keep throwing one out there every now and again.

This sounds like positive news, and yes. Early detection is what matters here. I will continue to hope this is just a scare and nothing more, but if it does come to be something, the fact that they caught it so early is the best thing possible.
