Failed IUI cause early cycle?

Hi ladies

I am 9 days post IUI and my cycle isn't supposed to start until next Wednesday.  Does Menopur and the trigger shot cause your cycle to get out of wack?  I am bleeding and yes, crying! I was "to the day clock work" with my cycles until the month of BCP and now this. How long until I get back to normal? We can't do another IUI but we want to try on our own for two months before we give up. So sad. Wish I had wine in the house..

implantation bleeding at 9 dpo maybe. i hope so.. IUI and follistim did not mess my cycles up. are you on progestorone?

I thought implantation was more like spotting? This is not light spotting.  I am not on any post IUI meds.

Implantation bleeding varies but if its a full flow its considered AF. I am so so sorry!

I don't remember your back story. Why are you only going to try on your own for two cycles?

Broken heart today- held so much hope for this one and only IUI. We will stop at the end of the summer because of my age and the doc was talking about timing for the IUI and even he said probably by Sept there will be even less chance. Then again, I don't like the doctor I went to and would never go back to him. If only our insurance fully covered bw and u/s- there are so many for IUI. There is no way we can afford IVF and I don't think I could survive it anyway. I pray my body gets back on track because this is severe for me to get my period this early. I hope things are not totally messed up. I guess I need to start thinking about life and what will happen if our dream never happens.

How on earth will this ever happen if IUI didn't do the trick? Worst cramps I have ever had during a cycle. I can't believe this and I am blaming all that my body experienced.
