Quick, advice needed.

okay ladies, I need advice. Xh has called 12 times today and sent texts. Would this constitute harassment and if it does would you file a police report tonight since he hasn't called in three hours now. I feel like he has violated the order of protection, but that I should have called three hours ago when it happened.

    I called and spoke with an officer, they are sending someone out to file a report

    xh is getting arrested for breaking the order of protection.  I am a little worried about what this means for dd.

    This is exactly what landed my STBXH in prision!  But he had violated the protection order once before so when he started calling my phone it counted as a felony.  He was suppose to serve a year, but is getting out 5 months early...gotta love the legal system!
