TTC after coming off Nuvaring

Okay, so I messed up my nuvaring and left it in 5 days too long.  I realized what happened and took it out immediately. However, I more than likely was still covered because the ring is good for 4 weeks.  We decided to just stay off bc and see what happens.  

The next week I had brown bleeding for 4 days and never needed more than a liner.  I did have some red blood that was more than just seeing when you wipe but still not more than a liner's worth.

So my question is, do I consider that my period or just some weird thing from coming off the ring?

I have not had a regular period and its been 22 days since I took the ring out and have only had negative hpt's.

Is that weird brown bleeding/heavy spotting normal after the nuvaring?

    CD 1 is the first day of flow that requires a pad or a tampon.  It can take a while for your body to adjust to coming off of BC-anywhere from a month or two to upwards of a year.

    If you get to CD 60 with no period then call your DR.
