I usually stay out of this type of thing, but I had to speak up on this one. That is truly an awful thing to say.
Dare I say so is whining about wanting to hire a nanny when you have no job to a board of A) alot of working moms and
a board with women who would give just about anything, to have that screaming baby.
Oh, and this board is boooooring. Mushrooms? Sleep training? TGIF.
I do understand your point. It came across to me as a personal attack more than anything and that is why I said something.

oh come on. Whoever you AE's are, at least have the balls to be yourselves, or else just go away.
And while you might be annoyed at someone else's issues, they're her issues. Just because she is a SAHM doesn't mean she can't be overwhelmed and frustrated sometimes. Aren't we all sometimes? If you work in an office, work at your house, stay at home (which is also work), etc... some days suck. It's ok to say so.
And while I know it's hard going through infertility, that also doesn't mean that no one else can have hard days with their kids. I struggled for 2 years to get pregnant, and I appreciate my kids and what I've got, but sometimes they still drive me insane. That's how kids are. Even though you love them and we all know we are lucky to have them, we can't be thrilled with everything all the time. And a colicky baby is hard work.
So let's just be nice. Tiffany is having a hard time right now. Her FFFC is that she is having a hard time. If you don't think her hard time is hard enough, why don't you offer to babysit instead of just being mean?
Or maybe eat some yummy mushrooms to make you feel better.

You are a great Mama and Miss W is pretty lucky! My hubs doesn't work out of town but boy do I know what it's like to be a construction wife. If Sid isn't working late at the office he's working at home and no summer vacation for us because he's so dang busy! If you ever want to meet up let me know! I'm open to walks...or wine! hahaha

Tiffany dont let these AE get to you, they are just a bunch of Bee-otches. you know that you are a good person and I know from my own expierence when I was struggleing so with all the unemployment issues Brian was having and us scrapping by and going to the food bank, you (among many others) were so nice to me and made me feel not so bad about our situation! I for one think you are a very nice and caring person, and love having you here and getting to know you. I wish I had something tangiable to offer to help with jagger but know that my heart is with you.

Bahahaha! You ladies kill me! Where to begin....we've been dating for a couple months now, he's 29, super funny and super smart, he actually works for one of my customers (bad girl!), he's a big foodie and takes me interesting places, and I can tell you for certain, he does NOT STTN, and I am 100% okay with it! I love the beginning! It really is the best part. I could go on...

And I sometimes (most of the time) forget to take my prenatal vitamins.
Holy cow, this post exploded!
1) Tiff, I totally want to come and carry that baby around for a while for you and give you a break. Sadly we are leaving for three weeks in just a few days, and there is no way I can squeeze it in. Remember it is COMPLETELY OKAY if once in a while you need to put him down in a safe place and go where you can't hear him (I have been known to go in the bathroom with the fan on). The screaming is biologically designed to trigger every stress hormone in our body, so it is natural it's driving you crazy. And if you don't have one, get a good baby carrier... putting him on your back will give your neck a break.
2) Hay Hay, you go girl.

Love it. Maybe I should start coming around more often, even if I'm perpetually without bump or baby.
For the record. I like wine, I like mushrooms to an extent, I do not like beer, and blue cheese is STINKY. Gross

YES. For a while when I was in college, Kraft sold their orange powdered cheese stuff, the kind you get in the little paper envelope to mix with your noodles, IN A CAN THAT YOU COULD BUY AND SHAKE ON ANYTHING YOU WANTED. Just like parmesan cheese. It was heavenly, and I shook it on top of my already cheesy mac & cheese. I put it on popcorn. I slept with it under my pillow. I cried when they stopped selling it.
When I read this I visualized someone passed out from a food coma, on a bed with their face and hands covered in orange goodness.
Not that far off...
Mushrooms suck. Bleu [you must say it with a bad French accent!] is wonderful, olives are gross.

Tiff and others that are struggling - hugs. I remember having stabbing pains in my neck from nursing or bending over a little one all day. Stretching is your friend, as is a moby or bjorn. Being a mom is hard.
My confession? Sometimes I see such horrible things at work that I consider leaving a career that I absolutely love. Being a mom has changed me more than I realize. And....sometimes I need to come to this board to see some funny...keep up the mushroom arguments. And hug your babies. And just to add...nutella is kind of gross too.
