First day of cycle ?

Hi ladies,

I've only posted a few times on here. I'm a lurker/newbie. DH and I have been actively ttc for 1 month. I want to thank everyone in advance for your advice and insight.

When should you begin counting the first day of your cycle. I'm having some light brown spotting yesterday and today [sorry is tmi]. I'm assuming this is the start of AF but should I wait until its an actual "flow" or should I count yesterday as CD1?

First day of your cycle is when you have an actual flow so I would say wait.

1st day of actual flow is CD 1!
