  • Hmmm if I am remebering correctly Ritz whole wheat crackers are dairy and soy free.  I know for sure they are dairy free, but soy is not something we have to look into.

  • i forgot the name but it's in a black box (some flavors are blue box) and looks very fancy shmency.. they have poppy seed, sesame and all different kind.  I know for sure it doesn't have milk/soy in it b/c i have given it to my son many times after he grew out of his sesame allergy.

    I have a box at home so if you don't get any replies i'll look at it when i get home and post it.

  • My son is allergic to Milk & Soy also and my son LOVES toddler Mum Mum Rice Biscuits. My son is 8 mos old and I would've bought the baby ones but they have milk. The toddler ones don't have either. He eats then fine. I break the biscuit into half or quarters and they disolve in the mouth. I tried them, they are pretty good.
