Lane in some Juggies (jean Huggies)

I found this gem while looking through my Flickr photostream.  My MIL bought him a box of these diapers and begged me to take a picture of him in one.  I have lots of embarrassing photos of my son, but I think this one takes the cake.  I was so embarrassed to even send these diapers to daycare.

    Hahahahahaha! 

    I received a pack of juggies from a coworker at a shower.  She was the strangest freaking lady, and got fired when I was on maternity leave.  Every time Dane wore one of those damn diapers, I would think of her.

    Boy has he grown up since then!  When was the picture taken?

    August of last year.  He was around 13 months old.

    My gmil sent us a box of them.  I haven't opened them yet.  I put a frickin bunny ear headband on him, a santa suit, a leprechaun outfit---but I hesitate at the jean diapers.

    However, now seeing Lane rocking it, I'm tempted, very tempted.

    He's the single greatest thing I've done in my life and reminds me daily of how fun (and funny) life can be.  He's turned out pretty swell for having such a heartless and evil mother.
