do you test early or wait and see?

This last month I went through 4 neg tests before accepting my fate. That was the first month of ttc. I feel like I somehow jynx it by testing early and am thinking I will switch my strategy and save money by waiting for AF instead of testing. But then again that seems like no fun. What do you guys do?

With the exception of last month being an abnormally long cycle, I have not tested since I was on cycle 4.....and I'm on cycle 14 now

For me, seeing a BFN is no fun.

Usually I don't test, but this cycle has been really weird for me so I have been. It has not been fun. BFNs suck and I would prefer to not see them ever.

I do agree about the bfn's but I am one of those people with 0 patience. But I will say I had a wacked out cycle and that's why I kept testing. I am hoping it was just due to quiting the pill. It was the 2nd cycle off the pill.

I am sure that I will test if temps look good. Surprises and I are not good friends :0)

Now that I am temping I won't be testing early unless it's not clear exactly when I O. Last cycle I tested early even after ff telling me I JUST o'd (but I didn't believe all of the evidence).
