I got a BFP tonight.
Thanks for all the support and conversation over the last couple of months. This is about as shocking as it gets for me.
What I did: Green tea, cinnamon tea, and B6 along with extra folic acid and my PNV.
I have no symptoms really, not even so much of twinge of anything. Was jittery feeling today probably because I was nervous about testing.
GL to everyone

Can you tell me a little more about the cinnamon tea? Like how much/how often? Thanks
Sure. This is the one I drink because it has Ceylon cinnamon in it.

I have the tea sachets which make 12-16 oz of tea (basically two cups). I only drink two cups a day. I drink the decaf (obv)
There was a little tiny study done a while ago about it. Apparently a few mg (like 3) daily is enough, after 6 or 8 weeks it helps regulate your cycle. I started drinking the tea because I actually really love the taste of it and my dad had mentioned that it was good because cinnamon is natural lower of blood sugar levels, that's when I did some research with relation to PCOS.
If you aren't a tea drinker you can just get cinnamon capsules at the local pharmacy just make sure it's labeled true cinnamon (usually called Ceylon cinnamon) and that it is not cassia bark.

Thanks so much.
I hadn't really made the connection either until my dad said something and then, like I said I did a little digging. I would just make sure you give it the full 6 or 8 weeks to work. The Metformin is really no different it does take time to fully regulate in your system. What I loved about cinnamon is that it never made me sick the way met did.
Yes - I noticed that, too! Congratulations!
