Snap-crotch Bathing suit

Come on, baby clothes designers/manufacturers!  Is it really too much to ask for a) a one-piece bathing suit with a snap crotch and b) bathing suits where the small sizes start at size 6M (not 12M) and c) NOT cost so much?

I have a great little iPlay rash guard/swim brief set for DD, but it's still a bit too loose and the little shirt rides up on her tummy.  I would LOVE to get her a snap-crotch bathing suit but I haven't been able to find any (not entirely true. I found one online that costs $28, but I haven't pulled the trigger on buying one yet.)

I have no suggestions, but I'm not surprised they cost so much--look at how much adults 2-piece suits cost.  Not to mention the cost of a 1-piece isn't that great either.

i would love to find one like that!! i'm suprised that other moms don't want those, too? you would think they would be in stores everywhere.

I wonder how difficult it would be to convert one to a snap crotch? Don't look at me though, my sewing skillz leave much to be desired. But I can't imagine it would be *that* difficult?
