    I am so sorry. I have had 2 D&Cs and they are not too bad.  Just make sure to take it easy for a day or two after and you should be OK.  I would recommend taking the pain meds and getting a good nights sleep after the procedure.  Its not that you really need them for pain, but I think going through the procedure and miscarriage was emotionally draining and you do need some rest.
