Toddler Rain boot recs?

DS wears a 4/5 shoe and I am looking for some rain boots.

I am afraid the regular ones might be too tall and he won't be able to walk but the short Robeez ones are $36!!!

any suggestions?

The Robeez are on sale for $24 on striderite.com. Of course, no clue how much shipping is...
