Water shoes for toddlers

Where can I find water shoes for my DS?  We are going to the beach soon and I want to get something for his feet.

I looked all over Target and couldn't find any.  They have some at Wal-Mart, but the smallest size they have is a 5-6, which was too big for DS.  We found a size 5 at Old Navy.  DS wears a 4, and they're a tiny bit big, but fit better than the Wal-Mart ones.

I finally found some on swimoutlet, the brand is iplay.  I looked in so many stores and never found any small enough, they all seem to start at size 5.  However, if you are looking for size 5 or larger, I have seen them at Old Navy, Sports Authority, Target, and a few other places that I can't remember right now.
