Second u/s today--nervous!!!

This afternoon is my first prenatal appt and I'm 8 weeks today. They'll do another u/s and I'm trying to stay optimistic, but after the doc said the heartbeat was a little low at 6 weeks (but she wasn't worried b/c she said it was likely just getting ramped up), I'm still nervous!

During weeks 6 and the first half of 7, I was exhausted and had queasiness off and on, but that has let up the past 3-4 days, so that makes me more worried! 

If you have any T/P/J to spare that the baby will have a great heartbeat today, I'd really appreciate it!
