Diaper rash update

I know you are all waiting on the edge of your seat for this!

Yesterday I took DD back to the Dr. for the 3rd time in a month about her diaper rash.  We had been using Nystatin and Diflucan (oral antibiotic).  Her rash clears up overnight, and comes back during the day, mostly when she poops.  She is in so much pain when we changed her, it's awful.  Yesterday the Dr. said that it's a yeast infection and to use a mix of OTC Lotromin (anti-fungal) and hydrocortizone cream.  I REALLY hope this works for her.  If not, he said we might have to take her to a dermatologist and see if there's something else going on.
