Robots yesterday, Aliens today!!! Help please!!

I am 8 dpo and can't help but hang on every little crampy feeling i'm getting.  Yesterday and today I have been feeling very mild cramps on my lower left side and have been trying to ignore it, but it's very hard to do!  Yesterday I was taken over by robots and POAS, and now today aliens have taken over my brain!! Hehehe.  Do you ladies have any mantra's or tips for regaining sanity during the 2ww?? Thanks

OP- are you saying that the robots made you poas?  And the aliens did as well?  Try to hold out a few more days!!   Show the robots and aliens these stats:

The robots made me POAS early, the aliens just invaded my brain and are making me overanalyze a crampy feeling.  Thanks for the stats though!  What a huge difference just a few days makes!

I totally know how you feel. I did the same thing last cycle. I also POAS wayyy too early, and then AF ended up showing up anyway. I've been trying to find ways to keep my mind occupied, but it's still hard. GL to you!
