You need 3 hours of sleep in a row for your temp to be accurate. Are you using OPKs as well? That might help since you are unable to get accurate temps sometimes.
TTC #1 since April '11.- BFP 7/3/11! - EDD 3/13/12 - Dean born 3/15/12! - Lovely Labor Buddies with PsychGirl33!! </br>
3 hours in a row. I would say just do the best you can at taking it at the same time everyday, and hopefully you will still be able to see a shift even if your chart looks a little crazy :-)

Nope, not quite yet. We are not actively TTC, but I definitely used OPKs the last time, not only because it helped pinpoint when I O'd but also because I am a POAS-aholic
As of now I am just trying to see how long my cycles are and hoping to temp to see if my body is back to normal and ovulating. This is only my 2nd PP cycle. My first cycle charting was a bust. Hopefully, I can be more diligent this time around!
I've been having the same trouble, on top of that I've been getting hot flashes at night which keep waking me up, and my temps seem to be on the high side so I think my temps are inaccurate. Hope you and me finally get the much needed sleep we need!
