When we wre in STL we stayed with my brother. He has a crib for Hayden but one night dh and I went out and hayden spent the night with my parents. They don't have a crib but used the PNP. Apparently he barely fit into it. So i have a feeling that his time using the PNP is at an end. My IL's also have a PNP which he obviously won't use. DH and i are looking ino getting a toddler cot. Any recs? Tye only requirements are not a large amount of $$$ and portable. TIA
Re: Toddler cot recs?
Frankly?
I'd skip the toddler cot and invest in a twin or full sized air mattress.
They're low to the ground (no falling), comfortable, and you can leave it there to use for years to come.
Or... if they've got a guest bed invest in some bed rails and a waterproof sheet protector.
At this point both Grandma's have bedding solutions tucked away in closets for when we visit.
I know it seems weird to think about a regular bed when he's still in a crib but 2 was the age I started putting Jace in regular beds on trips and while I was a wreck the first few times I quickly learned the he did fine and slept great!
GL with your decisions.
