a diaper order WWYD?

So, I ordered a few custom diapers through a reputable WAHM at the end of April. The End of May came and they were done. Said she sent a shipping request, but I didn't get it, she sent it again and I paid the same day. That was June 4th. I got a shipping notice June 13, and they are still not tracking or here. I emailed her last week and she said oh it is ok, her PO is slow, don't worry. Now, it is over a week since she said she shipped them and I got shipping notice and I paid for priority mail, an extra $3. So, I emailed her again last night asking for an update since it should not take over a week for priority mail, and I am actually annoyed that it took 9 days to even get a shipping notice after I paid for it. I paid in full for the diapers in April, so I am SOL with paypal since it is over 45 days.

Any advice?

Hmm, I am curious to hear other responses because I have never had experience with this before but I know you said she was reputable-how is her feedback?  Could you threaten her with bad feedback?  Maybe follow up with your email on her FB wall (that ALWAYS gets a response I have found)? 

Would you be willing to share who this is or PM me with it?  I am about to place two custom orders with two different WAHMs and really do not want to get involved with this.

I am hoping to hear back from her today at somepoint- I am not sure where she is from to know what time zone she is in-

Now, she said again she would check at the post office, but she was supposed to do that Friday and if nothing she will remake- honestly I would rather my money back and it all seems fishy to me- No? what would you do?
